Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.batters.fr\/reglementation-batterie\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-hover-color-color\">r\u00e8glement (UE) 2023\/1542<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> impose par ailleurs des objectifs en mati\u00e8re <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de recyclage<\/mark> <\/strong>(quantit\u00e9 r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e) et <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">d\u2019incorporation de mati\u00e8re recycl\u00e9e<\/mark><\/strong> dans les nouvelles batteries.&nbsp;La Commission europ\u00e9enne doit \u00e9valuer la r\u00e9vision de ces objectifs d\u2019ici le 18 ao\u00fbt 2026 (conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019Article 71(5)) mais <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">avec le march\u00e9 actuel, les premiers objectifs sont-ils atteignables<\/mark> ?<\/strong><a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-dark-bg-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-928f527a036775e6cca7a6ffc1c705bb\">En 2025, BATTERS by WeLOOP a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9tude de march\u00e9 visant \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question en \u00e9valuant le recyclage des batteries de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques dans l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne (UE) et ses possibles \u00e9volutions jusqu\u2019en 2050. Le recyclage des batteries de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques constitue ainsi un levier essentiel pour s\u00e9curiser les approvisionnements en m\u00e9taux et r\u00e9duire <a href=\"http:\/\/www.batters.fr\/services\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-hover-color-color\">l\u2019empreinte environnementale<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> des batteries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-dark-bg-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-447e414faff26fa1692df59ecaacbe2a\">Le recyclage est \u00e9galement une affaire r\u00e9glementaire. Trois sc\u00e9narios ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envisag\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-nv-dark-bg-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a6a1b185324d690866ed350ec7bf9cba\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">Sc\u00e9nario LFP<\/mark><\/strong>&nbsp;: Pr\u00e9dominance du march\u00e9 par la chimie LFP. D\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue en Asie, elle est moins co\u00fbteuse mais offre une autonomie plus limit\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-nv-dark-bg-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-48c7407b9c9ddfb8fecee4390da9abee\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">Sc\u00e9nario Nickel-riche<\/mark><\/strong>&nbsp;: Pr\u00e9dominance de la chimie NMC \u00e0 haute teneur en nickel (NMC811 \/ NMC622). Elles offrent de meilleures performances en autonomie et sont aujourd\u2019hui privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es en Europe et en Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-nv-dark-bg-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dcbb502f5e7ac1dbbc3a1822ba1634e1\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">Sc\u00e9nario Innovation<\/mark><\/strong>&nbsp;: Les chimies en d\u00e9veloppement aujourd\u2019hui d\u00e9passent les performances de LFP et NMC et dominent le march\u00e9 (LFP solide, Na-ion, etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-dark-bg-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-df535cacf6eb79bb61867e943e65db48\">Ci-dessous, les graphiques pr\u00e9sentent les compositions projet\u00e9es. Les valeurs de 2015, 2020 et 2025 se basent sur des donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles de ventes de v\u00e9hicules en UE. Les ann\u00e9es suivantes reposent sur des projections propres \u00e0 chaque sc\u00e9nario. Il est donc essentiel d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019usines de recyclage industrielles<\/mark><\/strong>, en particulier pour les batteries NMC.<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">S\u00e9curiser leur approvisionnement<\/mark><\/strong> par les d\u00e9chets issus des gigafactories est un enjeu essentiel en attendant l\u2019arriv\u00e9e en fin de vie des v\u00e9hicules pr\u00e9sents sur le march\u00e9 depuis 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-dark-bg-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-24af36ce23688eac995721123a60abcc\">Enfin, cette \u00e9tude pr\u00e9sente certaines limites : elle ne prend pas en compte les capacit\u00e9s industrielles r\u00e9elles de recyclage en UE et se concentre uniquement sur les v\u00e9hicules 100 % \u00e9lectriques, sans inclure les v\u00e9hicules hybrides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-dark-bg-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3df0c6e7bc30746478d044029cea3cc5\">Enfin, l\u2019\u00e9tude s\u2019est volontairement concentr\u00e9e sur un sc\u00e9nario NMC riche, plus repr\u00e9sentatif des attentes des consommateurs europ\u00e9ens en mati\u00e8re d\u2019autonomie. De plus, en dehors du lithium, la r\u00e9glementation ne fixe <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">aucun objectif <\/mark><\/strong>sp\u00e9cifique pour cette chimie.
